Congratulations on making it to the end of this class on CSS!
CSS is a great skill to have under your belt, and with the completion of this class, you can at least say you are familiar with it.
To master CSS, however, just requires practice. You're going to have to take a stab at designing a page from scratch. If you get stuck, just refer back to any of the lessons here.
